Yup. He said that a couple of days ago. He is absolutely terrified of what we'll uncover in Iraq, and he's determined that the UN handle post-war Iraq so it can institute a giant cover-up. Bush and Blair must make sure that NO ONE from any country not part of the coalition sets foot on Iraqi soil and has the opportunity to destroy evidence.
