We were interviewd by the ABC and CBS affiliates, ABC radio (KABC), an Austrialian publication, BBC, CNN, Reuters, AP, E!, a Japansese television station and others I saw but didn't get close enough to catch the names.

I spoke to the E! reporter, since they were there to ask me "WHO AM I WEARING????"

We also applaudeed the SWAT team as they filed into the building where we stood in front. When we left the SWAT team was on the other side of the event as well and we thanked them for being there. Then I said to one of the officer pointing to his rifle "I have one of those...of course its registered..."

Just a few observations:
1. If you think going to an event with the "peacenik/anti-war" crowd with kids or with your family, think again. These are violent people who pushed and shoved us and tried to provoke us. Bring your family to a nice conservative rally, but don't counter protest with the kids. It is dangerous even if the police are there.

2. The LAPD got more applause today than they have cumulatively received since their inception.

3. I watched some of the Hollywierds as they pulled up. We were on their route to front door. The look of PAIN and AGONY on their faces was impossible to describe. AND we handed out about 1000+ flags so they had to get through ALL THOSE AMERICAN FLAGS to get to the event.

4. The antiwar people are not satisfied to let us demonstrate with our opinions. THEY WANT TO SHUT US UP. We were on totally different sides of the Kodak Theatre but they started to come over to cause trouble. The police said the number of people on each side was equivalent.

5. The police were on our side. As we went to pick up the flags we were to hand out, a group of policemen passed us and said "Great! we are on the good side of the street."

This was a great event!! I estimate around 400 people there at any given time.

Thank God you're all safe :)

The sparse coverage I saw just now on Fox11 news showed you all, but no one has mentioned Ted Hayes at all?
