I thought it was funny that he got booed.
Then a documentary called "The Twin Towers" won an oscar. The men who won were classy.

Pay no mind to jugglers, actors and clowns....This will be the extent of mine....

Last time I watched the Oscars, they were broadcast in B&W.
(But there's a chance that my folks just couldn't afford a color TV back then.)
Anyway, it was a long time ago.
As I recall, they were a boring pile of BS.
I've no reason to believe that they've changed much since.

God I despise that jackass. There's an opening for a human shield at Uday's Palace. Go forth.

Michael Moore just said in his acceptance speech "we live in ficticious times with ficticious voting results and a ficticious war...Mr President we don't wan't this war."
He was loudly booed off the stage...you could hear one male voice in the background booing the hell out of his fat a$$!!
To: StopDemocratsDotCom
But Moore just got booed off the stage. It was great! He looked stunned.

The little part of it that I watched he was totally non-political
And then there was this little gem
Steve: "The teamsters are helping Michael Moore into his limo"

(We are crushing our enemies, seeing him driven before us and hearing the lamentations of the liberal)

Steve Martin then made a joke about the Teamsters helping Michael Moore into the trunk of his limo.

I think I see an opportunity here for that "Oscar" line . . .
LOL.

It was pure propaganda. Goebbels would have been proud.

Go to ABC.com and send a response!
There were some boos, but what was that standing ovation Moore got? Everyone knew he was going to bash Bush and they were loving it!!!
The crowd shots showed a lot of smug smiles, adn approval.

Who the heck is Michael Moore???? With that said... It's good to hear that he got booed off the stage! lmao
To: luckystarmom
Was it the one done by the two French brothers--I watched it and it was EXCELLENT! And not anti-US!

I turned it on briefly and then the Mexican guy presenting "Freida" made a comment about how Freida if she were here would be against the war, some people cheered in Salma Hyack and that was it. Back to FoxNews.

I am refusing to watch the awards show for the first time. I would most likely do an Elvis to my TV set.
To: Centurion2000
Maybe the big guys told him to cool it!
To: Chris Banescu
Yes...but he got booed loudly by his OWN people...that was the great thing!!
To: Jorge
Some people booed, but more were applauding him. I totally disagree. The booing contingent was very loud! And at the Oscars no less! I was pleased with what happened. His speech was dumb too.
