I always had the impression Martin was a liberal. Funny as hell, but a liberal. I can remember him making fun of Reagan, but maybe that was just an equal opportunity insult.

I think Steve Martin is a liberal, but he doesn't shove it in your face. I haven't heard him diss our president in time of war.
