Yes, they are alienating their own. Liberals are mighty pissed off everywhere here. I'm hoping that it translates to getting more conservatives elected. Thank God for the police protecting us. The police have been far too civil and restrained imho.

If I were in law enforcement I'd arrest these yahoos, book them, and then drop them off in a "hood" in Oakland. At 3 AM.

I would wager most of them are out because they haven't got a clue, forgive me for this, it's something exciting to do in their minds. These people are probably the types that are easily led. As a few hundred anti-war demonstrators marched past white-collar workers and hard hats along Market Street on Friday, some chanted, "It's only a matter of time before you join us, join us."

It's a little difficult for the tax-paying working types to really be at all impressed with the opinion of people who have never yet held down a job especially when they're self-righteously trying to keep you from getting to your job.

You know something Theresa, it sounds harsh but the d00d is right. We didn't believe them when they said they wanted to kill us, and would kill themselves to do so, and we don't believe them now when they say this is a holy war with only one winner.

I believe them now, they're killing themselves to prove it. We must take it one step further than they. The only way to stomp out brutality is to out brutalize it. Unfortunatly our American sensibilities aren't ready to go there yet. The white picket fences we live behind tend to keep us insulated. We don't realize what a sick world it is that we live in. These moon worshippers are not like us.
