Good Morning.
This is the Daily Thread of Operation Iraqi Freedom - LIVE THREAD.
It is designed for general conversation about the events of the day. In depth discussion of events should be left to individual threads - but links to the threads or other articles is highly encouraged. This allows us to stay abreast of the situation in general, while also providing a means of obtaining specific information.
Please have mercy on us dial up limited FReepers! Limit the big graphics, post links instead. A breif description of what the graphic is would help:
To all who helped this get started, thank you!
Special thanks to An.American.Expatriate for staring the daily threads, Mo1 for the screamer, the AdminMods for their tolerance, and, of course, Belly Girl...

Hmmm... this probably means someone inside that tent got a shot off at him when he took off running. The person who did the shooting deserves a medal in my book.

man - I hope we find some of those chemical weapons - I'm a bit nervous we won't and then we'll look stupid. I can't handle my nazi/fascist acquaintances having the least little bit of ammunition

Anybody reload .223? I think I'm about to start. The Russian stuff is cheap, but shoots a 3" group at 100 yards. It's darn hard to hit a dime with this ammo. I'm just going to have to load my own.If the dime had the face of Sodamn on it, you'd probably hit it.

I could lay on the couch with the tv on...but if I sleep through anything I'll be mad...
not like I won't be able to see reruns of it all day tomorrow on every station, but thats kind of like taping the superbowl and watching it after you already heard the final score.
To: demnomo
sadly, I've been around pretty much from day 2 thread to day 4 thread, minus about 4 hours.

J&G Sales (http://www.jgsales.com/) had it very cheap but is currently sold out. Should have it in stock again. I have personally shot off a few thousand rounds of it with zero problems. I know others who have gone through 10s of thousands with zero problems.

In fact, we were shooting Saddam and Osama targets at 300 yards today. I love the net. I can print color targets for about 5 cents each.

I could lay on the couch with the tv on...but if I sleep through anything I'll be mad.. I've missed tons of stuff! My chem prof had the nerve to schedule a test for last Friday morning. And now my parents are arriving in a few days so I ought to be cleaning my house.
