chicago rally a success

Not only did we rally at federal plaza they told the anti-war people they couldnt march east because we were marching east than north on michagan ave. we were met by a police escort and alot of support, i left when we reached the water tower and they marched back on the other side of michagan.

we had full support of the boys in blue when one of the kids got in an arguement with this asain guy the cops grabed hi and told to shut up or go to jail

OH, and did anyone else find the irony & "in your faceness" of the guy from the John Birch Society continually circling the block in his SUV burning gas???? hehehe....made me giggle

Hello - my children and I were downtown for the pro-troops rally and a nice lady handing out papers with song lyrics took their photos for her website. Does anyone know what web site this might be? She said something like illinois freedom or illinois liberty, it was too loud to hear clearly...Also, I think I was the only one singing along to the pro-America country songs, country music not to big in chicago, huh? We were interviewed by the nightly news, but they declined to put us on, we were too gushy in favor of our servicemen...
