You aren't challenging me at all. Your playing with straw men and the most simplistic reading of the Constitution that I have ever heard .

You just don't get that terrorism is "an evil that must be killed in the womb" as Vaclav Havel said. It is a state of affairs that requires action and not the simpering duplicity of your hand-wringing over the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We make decisions every day as a nation over who can live here and who can't. If we were wise we'd recognize the Fifth Column among us and drive it from our shores.

I most certainly do.

I don't believe in fighting terrorism by taking action against hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of non-terrorists.

"If we were wise we'd recognize the Fifth Column among us and drive it from our shores."

It would be wrong to simply push our problems offshore.. We should kill the bastards..

American Black Muslims should be identified as a TERRORIST ORGANIZATION....
They have demonstrated themselves to be the enemy within. ALL members should be photographed and fingerprinted....of course there are already long criminal records for most...

It's time to protect society and remove these stupid and dangerous assholes from society....
