This is what happens when the military become some sort of social engineering petrie dish about "fairness". I cannot see why any known (if he was) muslim should be in any combat position in this theatre other than as a translator or scout(if native).

I knew it too, because I served during the first Gulf war and the hyphenated muslims were nothing but trouble. On Fox, Stuart Ramsey, of SkyNews, Britain, reporting that Col. Hoges was injured by shrapnel...11 seriously injured and airlifted, 16 total injured. The suspect being removed to armored humvee for med. attention and questioning...Ramsey confirming that he was told the soldier is Muslim American...(again talking about his 'weird' behavior). This soldier was not going to move forward w/rest of unit.

Why don't you read what I wrote, before you expose your absolute ignorance? I didn't say or imply that all blacks, who are Muslim, in the U. S. are members of "FOI or a similar Black Muslim movement".

However, the vast majority of military aged, native born Americans who are Muslim are black. And, they are members of radical groups. As Casey Stengel said, "You could check it out". If you have the intelligence.

For instance, a knowledgeable commentator on Fox News just mentioned that there are 13 Muslim chaplains in the U. S. Army, nine of which preach the Wahabi form of Islam.
