How did enemiy forces get inside one of our camps and mount a commando raid???

Now Doug Luzader reporting from Kuwait, it happened in Camp PA, 2 hand grenades rolled into the tent. 10 wounded, 6 seriously... 1 or more terrorists penetrated the secure area. Most of the division has already left camp, so less casualties than could have been.
