Chemical Ali is just inert chemicals now.
Good Riddance. I hope he's enjoying the unique chemistry of Hell, now and forever.

I wonder why they're not saying anything about Saddam and his sons.

Excellent news, Chemical Ali dead!
Maybe that's why the Iraqi troops in the south are surrendering.

ABCNEWS' Brian Ross reported that three critical Iraqi officials, Taha Yasin Ramadan, Izatt Ibrahaim al Douri, and Ali Hassan Majid known as Chemical Ali were killed in the "decapitation attack" on WednesdayShow me the bodies and the DNA test
To: steveegg
Wasn't Ibrahaim their top military general, kind of like our Tommy Franks?
To: steveegg
I hope Chemical Ali enjoys what hell has to offer him. I hope he gets punished the same way he lived, a la Dante's Inferno.
To: steveegg
"Izatt Ibrahaim al Douri" Anybody know if he's any relation to Iraqi's ambassador to the UN, Mohammed al douri?

ABC news has just reported that the CIA believes that Saddam survived the attack. But they reported earlier that it was believed that Uday was killed in the air strike.

Islamic Summit Rocked as Iraq Slams Kuwait;Shut up you ... (U.S.) agent, you monkey. In a clash caught on live television before the Qatar state broadcaster shut down transmission, Iraqi President Saddam Hussein's top aide Izzat Ibrahim departed from his text to zero in on the Kuwaitis sitting across the conference chamber.
"Shut up you minion, you (U.S.) agent, you monkey. You are addressing Iraq," Ibrahim said. "You are insolent. You are a traitor to the Islamic nation," he spat out as Qatar's Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani tried to shut him up.

"Chemical Ali" Now he's "Carbon Ali".
Update - ABC now saying that it is only "believed to be dead". Same URL, but the first two paragraphs have changed to the following...
B A G H D A D, Iraq, March 21 Three top Iraqi leaders including Saddam Hussein's cousin, the infamous "Chemical Ali" are believed to have been killed in what would be a major blow to the regime's defense against the U.S.-led onslaught, CIA officials told ABCNEWS. ABCNEWS' Brian Ross reported that the three critical Iraqi officials Taha Yasin Ramadan, Izatt Ibrahaim al Douri, and Ali Hassan Majid, known as Chemical Ali are believed to have died in Wednesday night's "decapitation attack," the opening salvo of the war. CIA officials said they reached this conclusion based on radio traffic analysis.
It may be corrected above by the time I post this; already let Admin Mod know that the story changed somewhat.
