You are absolutely right. Defending the borders begins with Bush, and ends with him. After 9/11, he had the political cover to take a stand and finally secure our borders -- but he looked the other way as he put Fox's interests, big business's, and those of the "illegal alien voting lobby" all ahead of the law-abiding American taxpayers he has sworn to protect and defend. That is why many of us will never vote for him again.

I have concerns about the border too but I'm not going to second guess the president right now. He's doing ok, so far:'). Most of the bad guys probably already here before his watch anyway, setting up shop. CD
