I hope we can get a huge crowd to show the world that America's silent-no-more majority supports our soldiers and our President.

This was posted by someone I believe to be from Sacramento at the alumni discussion board for the college in my town. Pathetic.

Operation `shock and awe' is complete and total barbarism , and if even one civilian is killed it puts bush co. right in league with Osama and they should be tried for crimes against humanity; tomorrow I will join others in protest- revulsion ... today I am ashamed to be an American...Dave H_______ 78 79

It's been on FR a lot and several major> radio stations have given it air time. KFBK 1530 and the major rock station.

Awesome! I will plan to be there!! I've grown disgusted at how "peace" protestors have taken their opposing view and turned it into a violent, ugly, defacating on the steps of city hall (in San Francisco), anti-American, anti-Bush melee.

I was hesitant about this war, but it has started and we must support our President and troops. We know his claims about Iraq and its weapons, its history and its potential are true. And he has decided to take action and it is certainly understandable that he has America's bests interests at stake and now with American soldiers dying for this cause we must stand tall, proud and united.

I hope to see many other such people tomorrow at the State Capitol in Sacramento.

Take the small part of your day - set things aside and make a real effort to be there to show the world that there ARE vocal supporters of our President, our troops and our nation.

The Sacramento Pro-America rally continues on until 4:00 PM - I just got back from it (I live 2 blocks from the State Capitol where it is being held).

Over 3,500+ were in attendance when I left and people were still streaming in from all four corners of the Capitol grounds. Talk radio station KFBK was broadcasting live from the rally (perhaps KTKZ in Sacramento is also reporting) and there was a substantial news media presence. Whether and how they report on the rally tonight I don't know.

News 10 ABC-Sacramento claims over 2,000 people attended Support Our Troops rally in Sacramento. I was at the community college rally at the Capitol earlier this week that claimed 5,000-10,000 supporters (depending upon media accounts) and this crowd was just slightly smaller. I think some 3500-4000 showed up at the Capitol today!

Just got back from the rally, and it was GREAT! CHP says there were far more than the 2,000 originally expected on the permit application. Lots of great speeches, thousands of American flags, lots of great patriotic ordinary folks with real jobs, and as one State Senator said, "I haven't seen a single nose ring in the crowd".

I missed the rally today due to an audition that ran late (yes I am a conservative actress, wish Hollywood would follow suit!) WILL THERE BE ANOTHER ONE??? CAN WE PLAN ANOTHER FOR NEXT WEEK? I really want to show my support somehow!
