CNN has been on for perhaps one hour in the last two years, at our home. They mistakenly had one or two things I was interested in seeing.

Fox is on constantly. CNN played games with local cable providers trying to keep FoxNews out. Once FoxNews entered the markets, CNN was toast. Couldn't happen to a more deserving business concern.

I waited for years for my cable service to add FoxNews. A lot of other folks had access and it drove me crazy. Well, now we've got it and CNN is history in our home.

The extent of my CNN viewing is during a Fox News commercial. The day the war started I happened to catch the Woodruff/Amanpour barf fest and vowed never to watch CNN again (even during commercials on the other cable news channels). It's just not worth the risk to your health and sanity.

I was just channel surfing and noticed on CNN and MSNBC at the bottom of the screen it says TARGET:IRAQ but on FOX it says OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM. Which sounds more supportive to you guys? Don't they think people would notice the refusal to use the proper name?

I HATE CNN. TOO MANY YEARS OF CLINTON NEWS NETWORK, AND CRESCENT NEWS NETWORK! CNN is sooooooo ANTI-Israel it makes my stomach roll. I never watch them, and FOX's news coverage of this war has just been incredible! Awesome reporting AND I like that they "wait" to verify stuff before reporting it.

"their live broadcasting frm the 7th cav formatiuon was impressive"

Fox's coverage is significantly more comprehensive. Oliver North with the Marine Helicopter unit, other embedded reporters crossing the desert with US troops, plus the best military commentators--including my favorite, Col. David Hunt.

(irrelevant observation: tell me Hunt wouldn't be perfect to play Hank Hill's father if they ever made a non-animated "King of the Hill" movie...)

Their bias so blatant. Nothing but negativity coming out of CNN and MSNBC. Fox News always focuses on the positive.

I think MSNBC has been doing a pretty good job. David Bloom with the 3rd Infantry Div has had some real good reports.

Just saw Paula Zahn say: "... troop in Umm QSAR [emphasis on SAR], or Umm Qsar [emphasis on Q] as some of the locals call it." Too bad the people of the town pronounce it wrong!

The only time I watch CNN is to note who their advertisers are so that I can boycott those specific products/services...

I echo your sentiment! CNN is becoming increasingly irrelevant.

I will not put that station on, nor CNN either.

CNN is just catering to their every shrinking niche audience..lol

CNN has a perfect string going of 'interviewing' 250 straight democrat or former clinton administration or liberal pundit so called 'analyists' and asking them for their 'insights' and 'expertise opinions'..lol

It's no wonder that FOX news is destroying CNN...

I had to laugh the other day when a CNN news reader reported the results of a cnn.com poll asking whether the media was liberal or conservative. THe news reader joyously announced the result of the cnn.co poll was that 60 percent of the respondents said that the media was conservative while only 30 percent said the media was liberal.. I knew the news reader would not bother to report that their poll was unscientific..lol That gives you an idea of who reads or watches CNN..

For three long years while we were stationed in Germany the armed forces television fed us a steady diet of CNN and the networks. Right after 911 the so-called cable company we had started carrying Fox News.

I was able to see Brian Kilmeade on his excusions through New York and even got to see him ask Clinton if he felt any guilt. It was thrilling to see.

Then, about six months later the cable company quit carrying Fox News and replaced it with some weird religious programing. All through the three years the armed forces television was playing Bill O'Reilly's show at eight in the morning, while most people were at work.(which was the only thing from the Fox News Channel that AFN would allow)

And, they never repeated it at night which is what they did with the Today Show. (as if anyone wanted to see that even one time) and they played that stupid clueless The View twice daily.

So glad we are home in the states now and we keep our television on Fox News. It has great coverage of the war.

CNN was just kicked out of Baghdad. CNN was about the only one left to have a reporter in Baghdad...until now. Didn't hear why...did not stay on long enough to hear...or care.

There's nothing wrong with being positive. That's why we have Rallies instead of Protests.
