Heard on the radio from ABC News that eye witnesses report Saddam was carried out wearing an oxygen mask and there's no communication between him and senior leaders.

I hope so too, but this is the same ABC that was asleep at the switch Wed. night. Jennings had laft for home, and didn't get back in front of a camera for 30 min after the first strike.
Like I said, though, I hope this is accurate.

Hope he's dead and that he burns in Hell.Your probably right on the first count and the second count is a no brainer - i.e. he will have a great time cuddling Hitler, Mussolini etc. they will have an eternity to try and work out what went wrong.
If he is dead (and it's a good possibility) then we will not know for some time. It's the last thing his army would want to hear so the other leaders will not tell them until thay either choose to surrender or they are all dead.
