This is the kind of advance in warfare I have dreamed about for years, there is one catch though. The leaders of the nation who possess this great power must be above the normal human urge to dominate others. I doubt that human nature is going to undergo a sudden revolution to match that of warfare.

This will change the way tyrants think for a long time; it will also affect the their ability to sign up henchmen. If the Brits had JDAMs in 1940...
