George W. is another Ronald Reagan. Remember that it was Reagan who instead of punishing Libya for the hijacking of airplanes, instead bombed Khaddafi himself. That sent a powerful message as well. George W. is contrinuing that great tradition of sparing the innocent and punishing the guilty.
