I dunno where the various military assets are, and it may be better to let the RG stay awake and ponder. Also, MOAB is probably more psychologically effective in the daylight. If they don't lay down arms tonight, and we won't be on the ground in front of them until tomorrow afternoon, no harm in letting them deliberate their course of action.
