Does Baghdad have an infestation of birds or something? They're always chirping!

I tuned in late too. She was grilling him about his comments, and he was retreating from them faster than the french. I think their was a write-up about it on townhall.com, I'll try and find it.

Does Baghdad have an infestation of birds or something? They're always chirping! That's good news. It means chemical weapons are not being used.

Ohh, good point
To: Mo1
Over on ABC they had an Iraqi who's living here who called both his family and in-laws in Baghdad during the bombing. They were doing fine and said not to worry about them because the bombing was *only* at the palaces and such. He said he was sad it was happening to his countrymen but was also glad about the end of Saddam and that Bush was avoiding civilians. He explained the neighborhoods around the palaces are restricted from the public and are only for government officials and Saddam's men. He hoped he could soon go back to help rebuild Iraq.
To: goodnesswins
Yes. Very proud of his daddy. Wow. I'm speechless.
To: katnip
Oh my God. I'm tearing up just looking at that picture.
If that doesn't contend for a Pulitzer, there is no justice.
God be with you, Kenneth.

Thank you for posting that. Sometimes we might forget that this isn't just television, and that real people have died. And judging by this picture, I would say some very fine people.
We owe them a lot.
To: killjoy
No, not Navy SEALS... animal seals...the ones trained to swim under the ships and spot underwater enemies...grab 'em before they can board ships or plant explosives.
