If war comes....

This war came twenty years ago. For the rest of my rant on this subject (that I've already said many times in many ways here at FR), see It Didn't Start Last Night.

I'd also like to see this idiot document and break down his claim that 50,000 Americans will die of workplace-related injuries, "industry-caused" diseases, and automobile accidents. While the number he gives might be technically accurate, I suspect that a huge majority of those deaths are from automobile accidents. A few stupid people might support this guy until they realize that he is calling for an end to the convenience that they enjoy by driving. Likewise, when they suddenly don't have access to favorite products because those products are responsible for "industry-caused" diseases according to this guy, the soccer moms and SportsCenter guys will suddenly realize that this guy really doesn't have an important perspective that they should consider.

If you have a high tolerance for stupidity and read into his article, you'll see that he opposes private property. I guess we shouldn't be surprised when someone who doesn't believe in private property sides against America in a war. Private property is a part of what America is all about.

"Turn military bases into industrial centers for the production of low cost housing, schools, hospitals, daycare centers, rail lines, inner city parks, and other social and public goods that can enrich rather than snuff out life."

What so we have no military to protect our freedoms? Yep, just send them all home, open up or boarders, and let everybody in. We'd have a 9-11 everyday.
