This is not what I heard (believe MSNBC but could have been FOX). I heard dems are holding this up because it had a clause in support of the Commander-in-Chief! They said the dems don't want to go on record supporting Bush' war etc

Brit Hume said it was the 'breach' clause, not the commander-in-chief clause, so it figures MSNBC would say the opposite.

Nope, Fox mentioned that but said that wasn't what was holding up the resolution. Said it was the material breach clause.
