Hi Ms Feather! Thank you so much for coming by and posting your ASAP prayer.
I've missed getting to play with you and Canteen Gurlz! Here's hoping I can get loose sometime soon for a quick jaunt around the park in whatever conveyance is available!

You are welcome for the thread, maranatha. I am seeing the Lord work through it. I think we as a group have forged an effective prayer warrior cell here! We arent the only one, thank God, but by His grace, we are being effective.
That is interesting that someone was granted the vision of seeing our troops being vulnerable to attack from within. Who knows but how much worse that attack could have been without the prayer work being done here and elsewhere for our troops?

Don't you even worry about missing out on the Canteen Gurlz wild jaunts, TexOkie. We'll plan a special Victory Ride that'll knock your socks off when the time is right.
In the meantime, carry on! Would that I have your eloquence...no matter, I'll add my fervent "Amen" to all who seek intercession for our troops and discernment for our leaders during these dangerous times.
May God be merciful to the righteous and strike down those whose souls have rejected Him.

We need to ask our Father to be with Joseph Hudson while in the hands of animals and that those who are being held with him are strong. Please, Lord, put mercy into the hearts of their captors.
We need to ask for assistance from our Heavenly Father for the families of:
Thomas Adams
Jay Aubin
Ryan Beaupre
Therrel Childers
Jose Gutierrez
Brian Kennedy
Kendall Waters-Bey
Christopher Seifert
We pray that each of these men are on the right hand of the Lord. If for some reason they are not, we pray for mercy for them. We pray for strength for their families through these and the coming hard times. We hope that they all know how much America owes each of them and how much we appreciate them and grieve with them.
Amen.

Re your post 271, about Christians serving in the military. While reading it I kept thinking about Sargeant York, the Medal of Honor holder from WWI and his wrestling with this very issue. He finally put it together that by defeating the enemy, it would save lives. His phenomenal shooting so demoralized the Germans in his immediate vicinity that a whole boatload of them surrendered to him! Yes, indeed, he saved lives!

How eloquent and heartfelt. Our hearts are heavy with the loss of our fine young men and women who gave their lives in order to rid our world of evil.
Our Father in Heaven has already opened His arms to them and welcomed them into His Kingdom. His angels have guided them into Paradise. Now we must pray that their loved ones who are left behind can be comforted.
