I really think we got him... it sounded NOTHING like the sadaam I have heard. I've heard the opposite, that it is Saddam, his voice is very distinctive.

Tend to agree with you. Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't hear anything to indicate that it was a post-attack speech. You would have thought he would make reference to the attack, or at least held up a calendar and pointed to today's date.
I think it's a possibility that Saddam is being introduced to the Real Great Satan....
