I dont think that you saw the original headline. I posted O.C.'s original here. O.C. passed that 'humbled' part of as a direct, attributed quote. The 'insinuating' part was the mod's correction. Overplaying it? Fine. Perhaps the mod did too by changing it. I just dont like being lied to. If I did, I would be at DU, not here at FR...JFK

Nothing about the way you did it suggested that your 'quote' was an 'exaggeration'. Rather a lame plea to draw attention to your thread.

Well, since you called teacher in on this one, I felt compelled to make a good faith effort toward a sincere apology. Yes, I did juice it up a bit in order to draw attention to Walter and his incontinence, but I never meant for you to make a bloody fool of yourself. I was hoping you had read the entire article and realized that my "lie" was not part of the author's piece. Please, please accept my wholehearted apology.
