Here’s a way to send a message of encouragement to our Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard personnel serving worldwide, in the Iraq theater and here at home.
Click on "Comment on this story" on this page and type in your message. We will compile the messages in a daily running file for our troops to read.
We already have a number of troops reading our Web site for news of home and of the war. If you know of someone serving, you could direct him or her to our site to read the messages.
Most military personnel, including those on ships and at air bases, have Internet access. We believe they’d like to hear from us on the homefront.
