If evolution is true, nature designed the higher animals that way for purposes of survival through reproduction. Presumably each of our organs evolved for a purpose. The purpose of an anus is restrict or allow the passage of waste. You do understand that, don't you? Therefore cramming shot glasses, other body parts, power tools or small animals into a port not designed for such is unnatural.
