Linda Vester
Linda Vester serves as anchor of the 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET portion of Fox News Live, the network's daytime hard news programming.
Prior to joining Fox News, Vester was an anchor and correspondent for NBC as well as host of Today in America on MSNBC.
As a correspondent for NBC, Vester covered major news events including the crash of TWA Flight 800, the Olympic Park bombing, the Montana Freeman standoff, and the Rwandan war. As a reporter for WFLA-TV (NBC) in Tampa, Fla., she was sent to the Persian Gulf to cover Operation Desert Storm.
A graduate of Boston University with a degree in Journalism, Vester also earned an honors diploma from the Sorbonne in France, and was a Fulbright Scholar of Middle East affairs based in Egypt.
