Yeah, and I'm sure that all that money that the Smarts may or may not take are going to make up for what Elizabeth went through as the victim of an abduction, what she is going to face with the trial, and the things she is going to have to face for the rest of her life. I'm praying for her, and praying that God may bless her and her family.

Unfortunately sexual assault, even aggravated sexual assault, is no longer a capital crime.

No, but a Federal Kidnapping charge is and they took her across state lines, so it will be Federal.
