Diplomats say it is not immediately clear what the US, Britain and Spain want from the Security Council tomorrow. That's why Bush said in his speech today that they had discussed how to spend the rest of the time from now until tomorrow, on the phones helping those who don't seem to understand what they need to do. Some folk are just slow in getting a clue, I guess.

Maybe they don't get it due to the fact that the U.S. does not want anything from U.N. except for them to SHUT UP and act. Act to deter terrorist nations - not the U.S. as the French are saying.
The UN is totally passe'(is that French).
