Not that I miss it, but didn't Clinton promise a book within a reasonable time after the end of his presidency, like a lot less than 2 years and 2 months? Isn't he like SOOOO overdue?

How much of an advance did he get (was it $8 million?)?

Didn't the Wicked Witch of the West (Hillary, for the uninitiated) get a similar-sized book advance, also producing nothing so far?

Wouldn't it be just rich if the Clintons never produce a book at all, and the bribing, er, publishing houses become just another in a long line of people the Clintons have stiffed (Whitewater investors, Bob Bennett, etc.)?
