I don't think they're really hiding it.
They sent several high-level diplomates to Guinea, Angola and Cameroon to lobby them to vote against us, among other things.

This guy (Chiraq) REALLY has something to hide. We all need to insist to our congresspeople that whatever it is be fully exposed after this thing is over.

Listen up Chiraq. You and your fellow cheese eating surrender monkeys have obviously forgotten about what happened to the French embassy in Tripoli and the Chinese embassy in Belgrade. Haven't you, boy!

I get the sentiment, but just for clarity of purpose I entered the following...
Your search - "United States Military Victories" - did not match any documents.
We all agree that the only war the French won was the civil war...after all they were only fighting the French.
I'm all for boycotting those stinky anti-American frogs, but let's not be disingenious.

France has been going way beyond blocking our enforcement of the UN resolutions for twenty years. They have been arming Saddam and now buying time for him to prepare for war and making sure to give him every possible advantage. Chiraq is probably telling the Turks that he will help them deal with the Kurds when the war with Iraq is over, especially since the Kurd leader threatened to cut off the oil to France.

Jacques Chirac is really GETTING ON MY NERVES! I swear the man is close to certifiable. I truly believe he is desperately trying to hide something. I hope we nail him to the wall when the time is right.
Screw the French!

The Frogs had one purpose in this spoiler campaign; become the Masters of Europe. Bingo. Chirac is a delusional nut, plain and simple. He thinks he is going to lead some mighty pan-European entity that dominates the world again. I suspect he's also crooked as hell and has had his fingers all in the cookie jar of terror-related money.

France needs to pay a high price for trying to damage the
USA. They may need help someday.

>>France has an unseen partner in all this.....who??
Replace American influence with French in Saudi in exchange for Saudis demanding payment in Euros instead of dollars? And Saudi French involvement in the Israeli/Pali standoff.
Double strength wrap!

"I imiagine Chirac is threatening Turkey with consequences vis-a-vis EU entry. "
The french do not reward they only threaten.
What really really funny is that Greece has the rotaiting presidency of the EU right now and they oppose EU entry of Turkey until the Cyprus issue is resolved and some other stuff about the Aegean.
If really true, It seems France is trying to make all the EU its bi**h.

French Defense Minister Michele Alliot-Marie said she would travel to the Gulf region on Saturday and Sunday to hand over a message from President Jacques Chirac to three regional leaders.
Alliot-Marie is to go to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
She said she would take Chirac's personal message "to the highest authorities of these countries to express our solidarity in these difficult times and our intention to implement defense agreements (that exist between France and the three countries) if they have any concerns and wish to do so."
More at link.
The US/UK defends Qatar and the UAE because they're scared of their big neighbors Saudi and Iran. You think the French are offering to substitute themselves? I can only imagine the Arabs would laugh at them.
