You know, the two outer "chicks", the violin player and the Dobro player, have the real talent anyway. They're "pickers", and were the ones who said they won't discuss politics. It's only Maines who shot her mouth off, and as an acoustic guitar playing singer, is the easiet to replace of the three. The other 2 are the ones that forced out their original singer in favor of Maines so that they could be more 'mainstream' and appealing ... the original singer was very talented and pretty, but just not as 'pop' as Maines ... watch the VH1 'Behind the Music' on them ... raw ambition that overwhelmed personal loyalties. They are reaping what they have sown.

I actually quit listening to them when they replaced their lead singer with the current gal. Her voice grates on my nerves. I liked them before her.

I'm sooooo dissapointed! I also liked them a lot in the beginning with their previous singer. I would see them play at places like Borders Books and Music. In fact I have an autographed CD of their's before they got big.
I was surprised when they got a new singer but I still liked their music. Now I'm soooo upset that I can't enjoy it anymore!
I really wish entertainers would just shut the *bleep* up so I can still go to movies and listen to the radio!! =(
