I'm dumbfounded. If I were black, then I must be against President Bush and war because this article gives me all the "reasons" (excuses) I can think of. The front page of the Westchester Journal News titles this article "Blacks Oppose War". Check out the end of the URL itself: it speaks volumes: "nowar.html".

I'm black and I must ask this man: Does he really think Saddam Hussein gives a crap about him being a "person of color" when he allows terrorists' groups train in his country? Does he really think that the Butcher of Baghdad is going to say, "Oh, I'd better not send this missile at the Americans because people of color are disproportionately represented in their military?"

Good grief! I'm so sick of hearing this garbage! Did those terrorist creep care that there were "people of color" in the Twin Towers or in the Pentagon? Again, I must ask, did this man protest so loudly when it was Clinton sending Tomahawk cruise missile into Iraq or when Clinton took us to Bosnia without U.N. approval.

Let's face it. Those Americans, blacks and whites, who oppose the war on Iraq are Bush haters. I saw them during the demonstration in Portland, Oregon today. They were Bush haters. If Clinton (or Gore, God forbid) were President, they wouldn't be demonstrating.

Asians, Arabs, Persians, Africans...the Continental Europeans and leftist liberal
view seems to be that there shouldn't be any intereference with murderous,
sadistic tyrants...
ESPECIALLY when their oppressors are trading partners yielding a profitable relationship.
