Boyce made headlines in 1980 when he escaped from federal prison in Lompoc. He was free for 19 months, supporting himself by robbing banks in the Pacific Northwest. He was arrested in Port Angeles, Wash.

Seems like a good candidate for parole.

That was a really good movie. Sean Penn's a jackass, but the kid could act.

BTW, over a quarter century for the crimes of a 22-year-old intern seems OK to me. His superiors should have been in jail longer.

But shouldn't he now be going back to jail for robbing banks?
