I wonder if they make money from Karaoke CD's. Savannah is having a Support America rally next Thursday; and I was going to try to find the "Traveling Soldier" karaoke CD so that I could sing it there. But I don't want to put money in their pockets.

Does anyone know if singers make much money from karaoke CD sales??

Regarding karaoke CDs: probably similar to regular CDs, but that's just my opinion.

1 penny is too much to put in their pocket. There are other great tunes out there, it might take some work to find the right one, and to practice a new song - but it would be worth it to deprive them of one additional red cent!
