Great stuff! Thanks for pointing me to this thread, High Road!

But what happened to the links? Is there any way to read the links publically without logging in?

If anyone doubts these facts, they are easily researched. InternationalANSWER doesn't link to its supporters, unfortunately, but they do include names under the "Coalition" page. There's endless Googling fun searching for these nice folks. Celebrate the achievements of the North Korean regime through the Korea Truth Commission! Visit the elders in Cuba through Pastors for Peace. (The young are ignored, most likely because they hate Castro, oops).

InternationalANSWER is truly a nasty piece of work. I'm amazed so many people have been fooled.

According to a story on FOX a little while ago, at least one of these groups (the IAC?) also has ties to a group that Sami al-Arian was fundraising for. Charming.

Good find, good post, John.

Sure wish that this article could get some widespread coverage so more Americans (and citizens of other countries) could come to understand just who and what we are up against!

Bump for a great post. It's important to get the word out about who's organizing these world wide protests because the sheeple just assume there's genuine, honest sentiment against the US action in Iraq. It's not that at all, and the motives of the organizers must be made more clear to said sheeps. They'll never get it from the mainstream media, and sheeple believe everything DanBerniePeterTom says.

ANSWERS Support of the Baathists and Saddams illegl imprisonment, racisim, religious persecution, property seizures, torture , rape, murder and dismemberment of men, women and even children ; has rendered null and void their stand as peace activists.

Ditto for Cuba which just executed three men for trying to flee. Men whose trail and execution was less than a week!

Why are they not marching for the 3.5 million dead and rising Congolese?
Why are they not marching for the victims of Mugabe regime?
Why did they not march for the 800,000 Tutsi slaughtered by Hutus?
Why did they march for the hundreds of thousand dead in Croatia?
Why did they not march for the hundreds of thousand killed in Kosovo?

Because there was no opportunity to protest the United States of America!

Their concern is not for humanity but for their hatred for America and Americans; you and me.

PS why do they wear ski masks, kerchiefs and masks when they protest?

To Ryan Anderson O' Donnell as well and conservatives in support of this:

Now, i worked with the organization ANSWER. I helped them organize protests. There were some things I found questionable about them. Some of the things they say I find unfair and truth distorting. They also serve up propaganda to the public, calling Bush a "racist" and whatever else. It is a disservice to ignore the truth that Saddam Hussein, as far as I know, is an oppressive dictator who has done hardly anything to alleviate the suffering of his people, and if anything, has done them a complete and undeserving disservice. Still, from a legal perspective, the war is unjust and illegal. But getting back to ANSWER, yes, I must say they are not always objective. However, I have worked with these people, and I can honestly say that they are not "jew-haters" as you are trying to portray them to your supporters. I think that is so cheap and irresponsible to say these things. ANSWER has some very kind people who are passionate about their beliefs as you are, and very much care about this country, like yourself. If they did not, they wouldn't participate in politics. There wouldn't be such an organization. The only difference is that they have a different political platform. Let's not let our differences motivate us to slander one another. Two different sides with the same commitment, just going about it differently. If you really feel like you have an argument then you can support it with verifiable information. If you have a clear and concise basis, your views will prevail without having to personally insult someone or a specific group of people with an opposing viewpoint.

Nobody in ANSWER said anything that would have given me the impression they hated Jewish people. But a lot of them are against the oppression of Palestinians by the Israeli government. So they disagree with that government's policy towards the Palestinians. But it is nothing against Jewish people. Keep them out of it. It is about politics. They are peace-loving people and do not want to see anyone hurt. Their hearts are in the right place, even if they turn out to be wrong in the eyes of some people, people like yourselves. It is your right to disagree with their position on this issue. It is not your right to call them names that are misleading.

Unfortunately, most Americans STILL have no clue about the facts researched in this article. Neither has the mainstream media served the American People well by keeping them informed as to these very same facts.
