Is it just me, or is NewsMax completely obsessed with the Clintons? Of course a former US President is going to get advance warning of something like this -- even totally irrelevant former US Presidents such as Bill Clinton.

Another opportunity to add to his off-shore accounts. I still hold out hope that he and his wife will go to jail for the crimes against this country. Hope springs eternal.

Um, now I'm confused. Does that mean that his Manchurian Candidate handlers have to get notified before or after Clinton himself gets notified?

Last week the ex-president said that his attacks on the Bush administration were appropriate. "I don't think that's being hateful or bad for the country or anything else," he told the Atlantic Monthly. Another classic example of how Rotten this 'Third Way' Socialist SOB truly is. Only a True Sociopath could utter that sentence with a straight face and believe it to be true. What he's saying in quotes above is "I don't give a damn what Americans think of my Post-Presidency actions".He's beyond the point of being blasphemous against the USA. What have we as Americans(first and foremost) done, to deserve such a fate as having this wretched man rise to such heights in Society?Huh?

"Even when I give these political speeches, almost in every speech I say, I don't want you ever to treat them the way they treated me. Don't do it."The sheer audacity to assert that he was treated unfairly is disgusting.David Shippers in his book "SELLOUT" states how The Senate Republicans refused to consider all of the other charges, which PALED in comparison to the Monica Lewinsky perjury etc.Trent and his boys said NO! Not going to look at it.Get That Book! If our Senators would've had any balls, Billy Jeff would be in Jail or hanging out w/ Marc Rich in Switzerland, know that!Shippers was not allowed to present the evidence he wanted.Period!Billy still thinks he hasn't done anything wrong. That is really whacked out thinking. Thanks alot to the N.Y. Left for keeping this guy and his 'for show only spouse' in our face.Someday, god may forgive you, but I won't.

Hmmmm? Didn't Bush just publically diss Ms. Helen Thomas ...?? Interesting.
And ... in lieu of the fact that x42's WIFE is a part of the Senate - won't SHE know ...?? If SHE knows - what's the purpose of informing x42 - SHE will tell him.

Hey newbie, welcome to FR.
I'd forgotten about the Bering Sea Island giveaway.
And I was unaware that it was inhabited. How did this happen without Alaska raising a stink ?
To: kesg
well, wouldn't it be nice if the global left weren't obssessed with clintoon? also, i would appreciate it if Bubba were not committed to bringing our country and our president down. that would be a peach, but it ain't gonna happen. carl limbacher is doing the lord's work and I wish him Godspeed.
To: HAL9000
LOL!
Clintoon: draft dodger and Communist sympathizer defending America!
To: Calpernia
Good civics question! What does it mean when Congress passes an act, the president signs it into law, but it's never implemented? How can such a thing happen in the first place? And in the second place, what happens to the funds set aside for its implementation?

"Better tap his phone in case he tries to tip off Saddam. At least we can get the SOB for treason once and for all."
I agree about tapping the phone, but somehow I doubt even that would land him in prison.

You know, does anybody in here own a business with a bathroom? i think somebody needs to name urinals after the people we hate. i saw online that there is one named after hanoi jane. i think a slick willy is in order. i would never get to use it, i sit down when i urinate, but i would feel warm all over if i knew truckers the country over were pissing all over a urinal with his name on it.
To: LibWhacker
Were those rhetorical questions? Because I really don't know. What is more troubling, is why isn't it being followed up on. AND, doesn't it mean that Clinton should somehow be legally held responsible for the events of today?
To: Calpernia
They do sound a bit rhetorical, don't they. Sorry, I didn't mean them that way. I am genuinely puzzled. I took both American History and Political Science in college and I don't recall any such thing ever coming up in class (got good grades, too! :-).
I mean, if the President signs something into law, how can it subsequently be ignored? The only thing I can think of is that there must have been some provision in the bill that required some concrete gesture of committment out of the Kurds. And perhaps that didn't happen. They are a contentious lot, the Kurds.
