Yes, I know that, but I'm looking for specific numbers, length of time stalled in committee, time to confirmation, etc. I recall the GOP delayed a couple of clinton's more outrageous nominees, quota queens, etc. but I know they never filibustered anybody. They always allowed the full senate to vote up or down, and the full senate rejected at least one nominee (Bill Lan Lee) that clinton then used the recess appointment to install anyway.
What I need to refute my liberal democrat coworker is side by side comparison that shows the democrat obstruction is unprecedented, going far beyond even the borking they did of GHW Bush's Supreme Court nominees.
