A Full diagram:

At least we know Saddam is not only paranoid, but has no taste, I suppose. ;)

You gotta have air to breathe. It will be his tomb.

Whatever happens to Saddam, we are certain of one thing. In any American and British attack on Baghdad, the bunker will live through it. Bets anyone? My guess is it needs electricity from somewhere.

"100 yards underground beneath tons of blast-proof reinforced concrete and steel."Guess we'll just have to see about the "blast-proof" part.

I gotta' go with TADSLOS on this one... just seal all the air-holes, dynamite the escape tunnels...
And then call it "Miller Time." ;-)

The walls could withstand an atomic bomb the size of the one that destroyed Hiroshima exploding 250 yards away. They know this for a fact???

The German and French economies will plummet when their #1 Cash Cow is buried in one of these shelters.
Buffalo engaged the Dusseldorf firm Boswau and Knauer, which had built many air raid shelters for Hitlers Third Reich.
It was codenamed Project 305 and costed at £7million, with 20 Germans overseeing hundreds of Iraqi and Filipino labourers.
But the bill soared because Saddam insisted on luxuries such as gold inlay on light switches and elaborate tiling in the conference room.

Were the germans kind enough to supply the CIA with diagrams of the ventilation system?

I wonder how well Saddam would stand up to concrete filling that elevator shaft and/or millions of gallons of water pumped down into this tomb?

He built himself a tomb.

All you got to do is find the air vent, drop a couple dozen pregnant rattle snakes down and wait. He'll come out.

To be honest with you I think he will go into hiding in another country like Syria or Libya before we even start bombing just like Osama did. These guys are not martyrs. They are just as bad as martyrs they are COWARDS!

one e.m.p.-bomb and saddam will be able to sit in the dark 100 feet below the earth and consider his circumstance whan the air stops circulating and there's no way out
