Parents, do you know what is going on at your children's schools? A professor at Citrus College in Glendora, Calif., forced her students to write letters of appeasement to President Bush and lowered the grades of those who refused.
"Professor Rosalyn Kahn demanded that students in her Speech 106, which is a required course, also write to a state senator expressing the same anti-war sentiments. When several students asked if they could write letters supportive of Bush instead, she told them that would not be acceptable and their grades would suffer if they did so," Fox News reported today.
After Foundation for Individual Rights in Education blew the whistle on the left-wing hypocrite Kahn, the college "sanctioned" her, although it failed to fire her, and apologized to the students.
"While professor Kahn is free to hold and espouse her views on appropriate matters of public concern, it is, of course, absolutely impermissible for her or any professor to coerce students to share her political orthodoxies. This was an unconscionable abuse of classroom power," said Thor Halvorssen, CEO of Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.
The only place we've seen this item is Fox News. Imagine the national uproar if a prof forced students to write pro-war and pro-Bush letters. He'd be fired on the spot.

Considering this is "NewsMin," I wouldn't jump at it quite yet. They are notorious for publishing articles of dubious authenticity.

Fire her immediately and arrest her for violations of children's civil rights.
Where is the corrupt ACLU on this one?

UNITED STATES COLLEGES AND THE UNITED NATIONS ARE TERRORIST BREEDING GROUNDS WITH TERRORIST PROFESSORS AND DEBATERS. FOR TOO LONG THIS HAS BEEN CONSIDERED OPEN AND FREE SPEACH, SELF EXPRESSION, OR SOME OTHER ACADEMIC BUSS WORD FOR ANTI AMERICAN CONDUCT. EVERY COLLEGE IN THIS COUNTRY AND EVERY OFFICE IN THE UNITED NATIONS SHOULD BE GONE OVER WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB. EVERY PROFESSOR SHOULD BE INVESTEGATED EVERY DEBATER SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. I'LL BET THE JAILS WOULD BE FULL OF STUDENTS, PROFESSORS AND DEBATERS.
