Any gun can do the job since they all fire bullets, IMO!

I think known anti-American verbiage would get reported these days by neighbors or fellow workers if it is obsessive. Acitizen should report truly strange behavior to the police. Let them handle it, unless you are on a plane and they come up with a weapon, then, go for it!
We are always in danger of going to jail if we try to take the law into our own hands.

I once almost had to try and stop a carjacking by myself and that is an example of clear and immediate danger. If I did something against the 4 illegal Mexicans with crowbars going after a woman and baby, I have no legal problems.
In that case an undercover cop came out of nowhere brandishing his weapon.

Every instance is different and the practice of common sense is most advantageous to the process in determining actual action.

IOW, we are all the eye and ears of Big Brother.

And what is "strange"? Long hair? An NRA sticker? An eastern religion? Listening to "hate radio", or to Rush, or to NPR?

What is "anti-American" verbiage? Saying you hate the President? Or saying you hate a US Senator (such as Hilary Clinton)?

If this is "Republican," than one may as well vote Democrat, because there really ain't a dime's worth of difference.
