"Rolled back" ??? Just like income tax withholding was rolled back? Do you know from where withholding came? Back in World War 2, government said they needed tax revenue sooner, so deductions were done per paycheck. Prior to this, Americans wrote ONE check on April 15th. During the entire year, they got their entire paychecks and had to be fiscally responsible. Now, SIXTY years after the end of World War 2, withholding is still in place, despite the federal government saying it was temporary.
Hint: Government NEVER gives up powers that the people surrender to it. NEVER. You should try to learn that.
