Woman asks Pittsburgh to rally around military

When Amy Miller printed the fliers for the Rally for Freedom, to be held tomorrow at Point State Park, she had no idea how many people would want to participate.
But last night, two days before the rally, she fielded 150 phone calls. Over the past few days, she has talked with about 300 people, all of whom said they were planning not only to attend, but to bring several friends.

I'm going to be there. Willie(although you are in that state, "up north" as Woody Hayes would call it and can't attend) my dupa will be at the entrance of the Hilton(across the street from Point State Park) at 11:00 AM. Just a sugesstion. Maybe this is where people should congregate before the rally.

Not gonna rain, but yinz are having a heat wave!

Looks like a decent day to visit the Point for this time of year.

I can not promise to be there, but I will look out for the freeper presence if I go ( I have to put up Pippy for Senate signs). I drove through the South Hills on my way to see a movie at South Hills Village(Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park) last week and saw a lot of Pippy signs on lawns along the way.
