Police have recovered a wig stolen from Cher's dressing room during a concert tour.

But a woman walked into a local police station a week later and handed over the black and teal-coloured braided hairpiece
The breakthrough came after a police officer from nearby Chesterfield overheard a man boasting about having the wig.
The suspect later told police he had given it to an unknown woman outside the concert on 25 February.
The identities of the two suspects have not yet been revealed.
"At this point in the investigation, it is believed that these folks were fans," police spokeswoman Christie Collins said.
"Part of the investigation is how they got into that room."
The wig had been stored in Cher's backstage wardrobe room which was left unguarded.
It was only discovered missing when the road crew began unpacking costumes the next night ahead of Cher's performance in Baltimore.
The wig has not yet been returned to the singer as it will be used as evidence in any prosecution.
Richmond Coliseum manager Larry Wilson Jr promised the thieves would be prosecuted "to the fullest extent of the law".
Yeah, but you've got to admit that she does look better with the wig in place.

Cher's brain, stolen from the star's dressing room during a concert tour, was found today when her manager, Bruce LeBruce, spotted an unusual ad in a local paper.
"The ad read 'brain for sale, good condition never been used'", said Mr LeBruce, "and I knew immediately we had located Cher's brain!"
The star was told the good news today at an anti-war rally, "I didn't even know it was missing until they told me it was found!" exclaimed the diva.
