When the interpretor speaks, some audio dude has the balance all screwed up. I can hardly hear the translation over the original.

Not only did he not say Iraq was not complying with 1441 but he whitewashed everything worse than before.
IMO this was the worst report to date!
What a waste of time and money to have this Moron as the Chief Weapons Inspector who is all about appeasement!

Would make a good RAT Senator! Had the same thought myself. Lots of similarities.
To: Terriergal
must have been his accent... I really did think he said tasting.
To: Wphile
President Bush is not going to stand for this crap. He made that clear last night. Time's up.

Blix -- to conclude, we'll be providing a longer report "The word is no. I am therefore going anyway."

Did he answer the simple question of wether or not Iraq has disarmed yet?Yes. He said they have not--noting the missile destruction that he even acknowledged has not continued. But! More inspectors and surveillance planes will help find more proscribed weapons.

Blah, I've heard all I need to hear of this whitewash. "We hope Iraq...Iraq should..."
One question Mr. Blix: Has Iraq disarmed as required under 1441? No?
Time to roll!
To: houston_matt
of what origin is ElBaradei?
To: jwalsh07
This "report" was an exception to the rule that brevity is the soul of wit. Blix said almost nothing of any substance.

as predicted, I didn't remember anything Mr. Magoo's monotone said. I had to rely on FNC who says he gave Saddam a pass.
Like we didn't know that ahead of time :-)
To: PogySailor
Blix caught in the middle between Anan and Saddam......and loving EVERY minute of it!
To: PhiKapMom
I totally agree with you! His report was hogwash! Time to get out of the UN and time to protect our soil...NOW!
