I can't wait to hear from Powell.I certainly hope he turns off his "Secretary-Of-State" persona and turns on his "General" persona. As much as I appreciate diplomacy, this has gone on too long.

And for giving more of America's intel to Iraq (doubling the knowledge of sites, not doubling the number of inspectors).
Bollox, Blix. We've got 200,000 "inspectors" who are more than willing to go to those sites without Iraq' knowing first and then destroy the weapons without depending on the Iraqis.
New missile being looked at; the al-Fatwa.

Feels like "Groundhog Day", doesn't it?"
To me, it's more like vomiting up the same meal over and over, and being forced to eat it again.

Toothpicks? What a maroon.

Ole COMRADE Han, true to form. He wants to talk to the ones envolved in the nuke weapom program? Never mind, OUR troops will talk to them. This UN is a joke and it is no more than to get even with W for putting it on the UN when he spoke to them.

Mobile falafel vendors?

Blix reports on the destruction of missiles. Actually hails this as progress, even though he notes Iraq initially denied these missiles were in violation.
Then he notes his latest report is that the destruction process has been halted right now.
No mention by Blix of the ordering of new missiles being made, as stated by Powell the other day.
He notes Iraq unearthed bombs and bomb fragments.

More of the same bull,"No mobile facilities found",no underground facilities found".
This is a joke which could go on until hussein dies of old age.
Time for the U.S. to declare the U.N. a worthless entity.

Mr. Magoo...this ignorant usefull idiot of Saddam...Blix couldn't find a weapon of mass destruction if Saddam shoved it up his a***...The League of Nations didn't have the courage to deal with Hitler in the 1930's, and the UN of today is a cowardly tool of the left....we need to get out of the UN.

Re: Seed processing equipment
Yes... we know that every country needs them. Yeah when I heard that I thought "Blix, don't you mean castor bean processing equipment?"
Food testing mobile labs, indeed.

To: PogySailor
Well, gosh, Iraq has provided list of names that Blix might want to talk to! Let's call the whole thing off! One name for each resolution or one name for each of the last twelve years?
Blix wants to increase the staff, but says he prefers to have twice the information on sites to inspect than twice the number of inspectors
They seem fixated on trying to get the Us to reveal what it knows- the better to judge how good our intel is, I suppose, so they know if we know a lot, or if we don't know enough and their efforts to hide things have succeeded.
Am I hearing right or did he just say they only destroyed two missiles?
Iraq just provided some more info on things they said they did not have...
We are still talking about anthrax etc from 1991 ... Iraq has unearthed FILLED bombs and complete bombs at a site where they were supposedly destroyed. The site has a lot of fragments but these are not hard to fake, to be honest.

this is really a moot point I think--this whole report. GW expects them to stand up and be counted one way or another. Unless somehow the weasles and UN Council is able to derail that effort, I don't see much relevence in what this report says.
