Among the Israeli products I am finding in the not very Jewish part of North Carolina where I am staying:
- various Telma products, including falafel mix, tehina, humus, and soup/seasoning cubes
- Carmel and Gamla wines
- Cloud 9 and Elite chocolates
- Kedem tea crackers
- Aviv and Streits matzo
- feta cheese (Whole Foods Market)
Obviously, Americans will want to buy American as much as possible, but if everyone added a few Israeli products to the shopping carts it would really help. While you're at it, try to avoid buying French, Belgian, German, or Russian products right now to protest their non-support of the United States.

A very cool gift from Israel are glass laser etchings. Some how, they etching is done INSIDE a solid piece of glass; its absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, I don't know which company makes them.

Assuming the supporters of this approach are American citizens, I hope what they really mean is: Buy American first; if not available, buy Israeli; if not available, buy from reputable free country, ... and lastly buy from Iraq, and China, if you really must have the product.
Who wants to be that that is how they feel?

Heh, I recently bought a cloth steering wheel cover for my truck. Didn't even realize it was made in Israel until I installed it.

Whole Foods carries all-natural Kosher marshmallows made in Israel. Expensive, so I didn't buy any, but maybe I'll pick up a package next time.

I can personally attest to the quality and drinkability of the Carmel wines.
On another note I don't understand the drop-off in tourism. The death rate of tourists in traffic incidents and from violent crime in places like Rome and Mexico is far worse than the remote potential for danger in Israel!
