Arab Bomb - Not IDF - Kills 8 in Gaza
Israel Foreign Ministry officials are irked at media portrayal of last nights IDF counter-terrorism actions in Gaza as a "massacre," a "retaliation for yesterdays terrorist attack," or both. IDF sources say that there is a wave of disinformation regarding the killing of 11 Arabs in Gaza last night. It is being said that the 11 were killed when IDF troops fired at a terrorist engaged in firing a missile at them - but the commander at the scene said that he "knows for sure that the only casualty was the man firing the rocket." The army says that eight of the 11 were killed when an Arab-built bomb went off inside a store, causing a fire and an explosion that had been aimed for an IDF vehicle parked outside. The vehicle and its crew were not hurt. Others of the dead Arabs were armed terrorists engaged in battle with the troops.
In addition, the IDF says that last night's action was planned long before yesterdays attack.
The mini-security cabinet decided last night to impose a full closure on the Arab-populated areas of Judea and Samaria. Arabs are not allowed into pre-1967 Israel until further notice. The crossings into Jordan remain open.

I think it sounds credible too, but don't count on the liberals to pick it up. Like Rush says about how liberals feel, 'it wasn't true', "but, it should have been." The left will over look anything that doesn't meet their view of what should be happening.

I was just about to post thisGreat minds think alike :)
Shows you have biased all the other crap about it is.
If you repeat a lie often enough people begin to believe it's true. That's clearly been the anti-Israeli media's way of promoting the Palestinians and bashing the Israelis. That's why alternative forums, such as Free Republic, are so important to counter media disinformation.

Why waste time with an explanation?
Deal with the sandmaggots.
They will believe and issue their usual puerile propaganda, so why bother?

IDF rejects claim eight killed by tank shell in Jabalya
The Israel Defense Forces on Thursday rejected Palestinian claims that eight Palestinians were killed and at least 30 wounded by a tank shell fired at a group of people during military operations in the Jabalya refugee camp in the Gaza Strip.
A total of 11 Palestinians were killed during the IDF offensive in Jabalya that began after midnight Wednesday - hours after a suicide bomber killed 15 people and wounded over 50 on a bus in the port city of Haifa - and continued Thursday.
Palestinian witnesses and medics said the shell hit as people were trying to remove furniture from a woodworks set ablaze during fighting between Palestinian militants and IDF troops who stormed the Jabalya camp. The shell was fired by a tank about 150 meters from the workshop, witnesses said.
But a senior IDF officer involved in the Jabalya operation told Army Radio that the majority of Palestinian casualties resulted from an explosive device that was detonated inside the building, and only a short time later did the tank fire a shell at a man spotted with an RPG in an alleyway and hit him.
"The tank shells that were fired were aimed at a terrorist attempting to fire RPG rockets at IDF forces, and after the terrorist holed himself up in a a structure next to the building," said the officer, whose name was given only as Moshe.
Two IDF soldiers suffered light wounds in the operation, which the IDF said targeted Abdel Karim Ziada, a Hamas militant and weapons maker. Soldiers found assault rifles, grenades, explosive devices and anti-tank missile launchers at his home, which was later blown up by troops.

So let's stop calling the Arabs in Gaza and the West Bank Palestinians, as there was no such thing till the Syrian Ambasador convinced the other Arab nations they needed cannon fodder to use against the dhimmis. Considering the "dhimmis" beat the pants(dresses) off five nations they found they couldn't win a face to face so they've gone the propaganda, terrorists route.
Another situation where the "useful idiots" help.

Fox news was showing an interview with a Palistinian Doctor that insisted it was an Israeli Flechette munition from a tank.
The doctor showed an x-ray with "flechettes", but they were not aligned in any recognizable manner, and looked more like scattered pieces of wire than anything else.
flechettes in a common blast radius would enter from the same direction, and generally be oriented likewise.
The "doctor" then showed what he claimed was a flechette removed from a victim's body.
It looked more like a nail with the head cut off.
Actual Israeli flechette munitions look like tiny metal missiles, complete with tail fins. One might also compare their likeness to tiny arrows, or crossbow bolts.
Finally, Israeli tanks firing flechette munitions have two other characteristics.
One is the timed fuse. The round is set up to go off BEFORE it reaches the target group, the flechettes radiating forward from the munition in a conical pattern.
Second, is the dye packet. It is included with the munitions to further mark and identify people within the crowd.
The film shown on Fox showed an explosion BEHIND the crowd, that appeared to go off inside the building/shop that had already been "decommissioned" by the IDF.
Secondly, the film event had a "planned" appearance, as right after the explosion, as soon as the smoke began to clear, a palestinian man carried a young boy, 8 or 9 years old by appearance, by the arms, directly in front of the camera, and sort of dangled the child's limp body in front of the camera's view.
Looked sort of staged, and reminded of something I read last night, about another child's death that was staged.
Remember the father and son trapped next to the building and supposedly shot by the IDF forces?
Investigations into the french press reports on that incident have concluded that the boy that supposedly "died" was not shot by the IDF, and probably never even died.
The whole thing was staged by palestinians and France2 television.
I see a replay here, in Gaza. A staged incident.

media portrayal of last nights IDF counter-terrorism actions in Gaza as a "massacre," Let's see, 15 Isralis killed in an bus bombing(lots of children killed here)and 11 Palestinians massacred in an IDF action. Naw,there's no bias here.
From what I understand, the IDF actually killed only one Palestinian. The rest died as a result from bad jehadi bomb work.I'm surprised the headline wasn't "One Palestinian Freedom Fighter Massacred by Israelis"
