Now *her* claim looks like a money-grab ...

Having read all the previous threads from when this originally happened, I can assure you that this girl will live out her life remembering this incident. It's safe to assume she is suffering more than the 'Einie-Meanie' sisters.

Schultz was shot by FBI Special Agent Christopher R. Braga, a six-year veteran of the bureau and a former U.S. Marine Corps captain.

Braga has been involved in other 'incidents' that have ended badly or at least oddly. He had previously shot an unarmed suspect. He was also involved in the chase of the 'disturbed' school bus driver who tried to take his bus full of Pennsylvania students to DC. The driver ended up driving to a police station rather than be stopped by Bragga. The driver probably saved someone's life.

Braga was cleared of wrongdoing by an Anne Arundel County grand jury

So you defend what the JBT did?

The gov't has had one year to 'make things right'

THIS sounds more like something that legislation ought to address - rather than lawsuits. This looks more like a failure in policy to compensate victims of United States Government 'action' rather then several individual agents.

Not only is Mr. Schultz going to win, but Mr. Braga is going to end up in jail when this is all over.

He was no-billed by a grand jury composed of citizens (judging from what was written) -

- what more is there to say?

(It sounds like there were *other* circumstances that the GJ was privy to that we have not been privy to ...)

So it's the fault of Congress that the Nazi thug put a 5.56mm through this kid's face?

I believe in holding the individual thugs responsible.

And the thug who pulled the trigger here should consider himself damned lucky that the family is only considering a civil action, since any family member of this victim is well within their *moral* Rights to do much more....

He's a former Marine Corps Captain - perhaps he has just seen more 'front-line action' in his job with the Bureau ...

Are you saying "no-billed" and "cleared of wrongdoing" are the same thing? How Slick of you.

(AM I repeating myself?)

What part of 'no-billed by a grand jury' do you not understand?

I hope that young man's injury heals well and that he is compensated for that mistake and injury.

I'm sure the gov't made a strong case to the grand jurors for his endictment. /sarcasm

Are you saying "no-billed" and "cleared of wrongdoing"

Don't you think if there were sufficient basis for prosecution they would have indicted?

DO you have access to/have you seen all the facts that the empaneled grand jury saw?

Mulder...

You and I both know, he will never see a dime. The shooter should be in jail instead of walking the streets. Americans will wake up too late.

LOL! After Waco, Ruby Ridge, Klinton scandals, etc.... it's clear that NO evidence is enough to endict an elite or one of their knights.

After all, it is their noble right to do as the please.

I wouldn't be surprised if the feds tried to charge him or a family member on some trumped-up charge as 'retaliation'.
