"The FBI is cognizant of the unfortunate incident involving Mr. Joseph Schultz and Ms. Krissy Harkum on March 1, 2002, and how their lives have been affected," Bald said. It is my understanding that the "cognizant" FBI has made no effort to pay Schultz's medical bills because of this "unfortunate incident"

Telling an informant at the scene ...THIS sounds highly suspect - an informant just *happens* to be on-scene during a stop?
Yeah, right ...
(DO they possibly mean 'witness'?)

What do you expect from the people who gave you Ruby Ridge, Waco...?

THIS sounds highly suspect - an informant just *happens* to be on-scene during a stop? Yeah, right ... (DO they possibly mean 'witness'?) The "informant" was the landlord of the REAL suspect in the bank robbery.
There is no reason to doubt his veracity.

LOOK at the amount that his ex-girlfriend wants:
Kristen M. "Krissy" Harkum, was driving. Harkum, now 17, was not wounded in the shooting, but she also filed a $10 million lawsuit yesterday in U.S. District Court in Baltimore to compensate her for "severe emotional injury."
Now *her* claim looks like a money-grab ...

No, they mean 'informant'.
The Fibbies shot this kid in the face as he was unbuckling his seat belt, on orders of the 'officer' btw.

WHY is he being caller 'an informant'? Because he likely informed the FBI about the whereabouts of the actual bank robber. Read the article.
Anyway, whether or not he was an informant, a witness, or an transsexual crack whore with three tits is irrelevant to the fact that the JBTs destroyed this kids life and need to be held accountable.

His attorney, Robert J. Weltchek, looks to be the same attornet apearing here:
Andersen Worldwide Slapped With $6 Billion Lawsuit
BALTIMORE, March 3, 2001 (SmartPros) Department 56, a Minnesota collectibles company, filed a lawsuit here seeking $6 billion from Arthur Andersen Worldwide Societe Cooperative, the Geneva-based umbrella company of Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting, for what it described as a bungled effort by Arthur Andersen to overhaul its computer systems. ... Robert J. Weltchek, attorney for Department 56.

This is terrible.

Oh I don't know. I think having your boyfriends blood and bits of his face sprayed all over you might be just a bit traumatic don't you?
Maybe if someone did it to your wife, or your kid you might feel a bit differently. I know I would.
Although to tell you the truth if someone shot my kid in the face under these circumstances, a lawsuit would be the least of his problems.

Pretty amazing really, these idiots assault two innocent kids, shoot one in the face, and the only problem you can see is her $10 million lawsuit.
Like she would ever actually get it, even if she won.

I don't blame them one bit for hiring the biggest pit-bull ambulance chaser they can find to present their case.
The gov't has had one year to 'make things right' and they have failed miserably. Their behavior, since the moment their thug pulled the trigger, has been deplorable and offensive to any civilized member of a Free society.

Things are *already* coming apart for this
lawsuit- the grand jury no-billed Braga:
Schultz was shot by FBI Special Agent Christopher R. Braga, a six- year veteran of the bureau and a former U.S. Marine Corps captain. Braga was named as a defendant in yesterday's lawsuits along with two of his supervisors, agents Henry F. Hanburger and Lawrence S. Brosnan.
... Braga was cleared of wrongdoing by an Anne Arundel County grand jury.
